Idéal pour découvrir Bali et ses différents temples. Prise en charge à l’hôtel nous n’avions plus qu’à profiter de la journée, le restaurant avait une vue fantastique . Merci à Dudy notre guide et chauffeur.

Temples, plantations, nature and an excellent guide - perfect combo for a great day out.

Great day out. Guide, called Gusde, got in touch and arrived on time at 7am for what turned out to be a private, 10-hour tour. I mentioned I hadn’t slept well and was a bit tired, so he tailored the tour and we did it in reverse, which worked out well, visiting the ‘sunset Temple’, Tanah Lot, first (we finished long before sunset, so I’d not have seen the sunset there as advertised anyway), then on to Batukaru Temple, the rice fields of Jatiluwih, tasty buffet lunch and the Ulun Danu Beratan on the volcano lake and finally the tea & coffee tasting, which was a well-timed ‘pick-me-up’ around 3pm before starting to head back. Gusde, the guide, was knowledgable and considerate, not only explaining about the sites but also pointing out all the various fruits growing on our route (mango, durian, mangosteen, avocado etc) and stopping for me to take photos. He also offered to take many pix of me, rather than leaving me to take selfies. The cost of the tour charged by TripAdvisor was nearly double the cost advertised (£84 versus £49, due to season or being alone, maybe?) but Gusde somewhat restored value for money with his great care and guidance. All in all, a very worthwhile day out.

Awesome Experience!!

Fantastic experience!! Our tour guide Dika was very knowledgeable and friendly, and offered to take photos for us and answered all of our questions. We had a great day and it was awesome to learn more about Balinese culture and history through Dika’s knowledge and insight. Would highly recommend Dika, he made the tour fantastic and I would definitely do it again!
