Day 2: of three day tour We would rate our tour guide/ driver and overall experience a 5/5 and more! Our tour guide/ driver was Peter.Our second day of our Bali tour, Peter has been the highlight so far within our three day tour. We again was very happy to have spent the full day with Peter as we remained organised, displayed patience, enthusiasm and importantly his overall professionalism. Peter again arrived at our hotel on time and greeted us with a welcoming smile, despite our tour starting very early in the morning.As we had to start our tour early, this did not affect our experience, however made our experience better as we was able to miss large crowds in the popular areas, such as Heavens Gate and importantly we was able to experience Bali in its glory before sunrise. Peter was very caring and would ensure that we was able to eat some of Bali’s traditional breakfast (unscheduled) whiles also educating us about Bali’s history in this time - this was very important to us as Peter had continues to take the extra step to ensure our experience and needs were met.During our tour, we felt that Peter was able to add much more value to our experience as he was very knowledgeable, great sense of humour and importantly would always offer to take pictures so that we are able to keep these memories forever (he was very good at taking amazing pictures!)After spending our second day with Peter, whilst exploring beautiful Bali, we were really impressed with Peters knowledge and capability to handle any crisis as during our travel back, we needed to stop at the garage due to a nail in his tire. Importantly, this didn’t take long to fix as again Peter is very knowledgeable of the local areas but also was very apologetic - although we reassured him that this wasn’t any issue as these things happen.We left our day looking forward to the next ????

Great tour - showcasing some beautiful sights of Northern Bali. Our guide, Sunarta, was punctual and also very patient while we took photos. Sunarta provided bottled water for the tour and umbrellas, as it was a showery day. I would recommend bringing some money to buy fish food at the water temple. The 4am pick up was very early but well worth it.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Desna our tour guide was amazing for the whole experience, he made our experience 100 times better than I would have expected. We went to the gates to heaven very early in the morning which was recommended by desna and we are so delighted that he suggested this as we got beautiful pictures with the sunrise.
