We did full day tour with Komang Piyara to Ubud from Kuta hotel. Komang was so friendly and accommodating all day and made this experience so worth while especially in monkey forest and temple by going above and beyond of being our driver and guide. Would definitely recommend to all to book with Komang and will be seeing him again on our next trip no doubt!

Wayan was our driver for the day. He was waiting for us at 8AM as expected in the lobby of our hotel in Kuta. Wayan is literally the best driver we used in Bali. He's been driving people around the island for 25 years.A couple of things you should know about him: - he's very funny and always smiling! - his english is more than sufficient to entertain meaningful conversations during the long drives - he will not try to make stop to visit some "interesting spots" where other drivers get juicy commissions for bringing tourists. We had a change of plan (the monkey forest was closed in Ubud due to the cremation ceremonials) and Wayan offered us to visit some art galleries. The wood carving gallery was amazing (although overpriced so please negotiate, a good starting point is 25% of the offered price ) - he's very knowledgeable about the culture and history of his countryA very warm thank you from the family for your hospitality.

We had Komang Piyara as our driver, he was there bit earlier than expected and he patiently waited for us til we were ready. He was so patient all day, always had a smile on his face and he never once made us feel uncomfortable or unwelcome in any way. Took bout an hr to get there but the scenery on the way was beautiful, rice and corn fields everywhere. We did the ATV quadbiking monket forest and temple tour and that such an awesome experience. For ATV they give you a brief instructions how to drive it and youre on your way, pro. driver in the front and the back of the line. Scene was beautiful seeing the rice fields and villiages, it was awesome. We had a pit stop at the top and the scene was just amazing. We headed back, washed our hands(you can have a shower but you dont need to) they prepared lunch for us which was delish as well. We then headed to the monkey forest, we were lucky enough to be there during the time of a cremation ceremony they had going on, Komang let us know they dont usually have them often, once every 6-12 months or so. Pretty lucky. We then headed to the temple and back home. Had the best day out with Komang, Thank you again for such an awesome tour , will be back again for sure. Cheers
