I cannot recommend our tour guide Leo enough! (1) Leo was extremely accommodating: my fiancé and I got cold feet about going to the monkey forest, so when we suggested that we skip the forest entirely, Leo had several other options available. We ended up going to an amazing coffee plantation. In addition, because of the September 2025 floods, the Gorilla Cave and river were closed, rendering our intended ATV ride less exciting. However, Leo was able to suggest another company with an exceptional ATV track that wasn’t affected by the floods. When we asked Leo how he knew which track was good, he told us that he tests these tracks himself, which allows him to know the nuances of each. (2) Leo was extremely personable and knowledgeable: our conversations during the car ride and during the tour taught me so much about Bali’s culture. I was able to ask Leo anything, and he would have a clear answer to all of my questions. (3) Leo was extremely patient: Our private tour extended past the 10-hour duration, but Leo never rushed us. He remained easygoing and charismatic throughout the entire tour, even if it went past the 10-hour limit.

I had such an amazing day on this tour! The ATV ride was the highlight—rain made it even more fun and adventurous. Our driver and guide, Ma-de, was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

The whole trail/journey of the ATV ride was so good because it offered different sceneries, i like the variations of elevation, there was a cave also and the muddy area as well. We enjoyed it a lot, super fun! Ma-de, our driver from Hire Bali Driver was so kind to us and he shared that the ATV tour we got is the best amongst others and he didn’t lie. I really wanted to give kudos to him as well as to Alasan Adventures because they have really great amenities.
