From the moment we had sent our first message to Wayan through whatsapp we can already tell how much he cares about his business through prompt and detailed responses.Along with booking the 3 days for the best of Ubud private tour we also booked a 1 day Seminyak tour along with our transfers including from the airport to our hotel in Ubud and was lucky enough to have been assigned Yogy for the entire booking.From the moment we landed Yogy was already at the gates waiting for us and had the biggest and most friendly smile you can find! He made us feel very welcomed and continuously checked up on us to ensure that we were comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about everywhere we had visited and at times we were very surprised by the stories he had of many places. After spending almost 5 days with Yogy he has become more of a friend to us rather than just a guide so we can personally recommend him both as a guide and as a driver (he is an excellent driver!!!).Tour destinations are planned in advance however they are also very flexible as you can take things off or add things depending on your interests so you never have to visit a place you aren't interested in so that was a bonus.Thank you HBD and Yogy for delivering such a well organised tour. We will definitely be recommending you to all our friends and families. Keep up the good work and we wish to plan another tour with you in the future.

I recently visited Bali with my husband and we spent 4 nights in Ubud. Whilst there we had private tours booked with Benik which included the North trip, Batur Trekking and best of Ubud.I honestly cannot recommend Benik highly enough, we thoroughly enjoyed all 3 trips with him. He genuinely cared that we were enjoying our days and made the most of our time in Bali- he looked after us really well and took care of absolutely everything (tickets etc).He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of this and his experiences with us- we learnt a lot from him-thank you. There were also personal touches such as stopping to purchase local fruits for us to try in North Bali and showing us his village.He was also fun, knew all the best spots for great photographs/videos and was happy to take these for us which we really appreciated. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he was also flexible with our itinerary.Benik helped to make our trip complete- we only wish we’d had you for longer! Thank you so much ??.

Favorite part of this experience was Gede. We were totally lost as first time tourist to Bali. Gede took the time to learn about us and what we enjoy doing. He then custom recommended what we should do daily and give us the different prices for each package. We did everything he suggested and did not go with anyone but him. Gede’s guidance, patience, fun personality and trust was a huge part of making us comfortable. He is so kind and professional that all our days with him and the tours were the most memorable and successful. Because of Gede we are already planning a return trip to Bali early next year with our entire family. Thank you Gede for making our birthdays in Bali so much more than a vacation. We will sure miss you but will recommend you to anyone we know who will visit Bali. BiBi appreciates her Instagram photos and places and the memories along the way is priceless.
