So glad we booked our private tour with hirebalidriver, they were absolutely brilliant. Wayan was very quick to respond to our booking request for an airport pick up and a 3 day private tour around Bali. Our driver/guide was Agus and he was amazing from start to finish: 1. Agus was very knowledgeable and provided great insight into the history of sights we were visting. He introduced us to the local culture and places to eat traditional Indonesian and Balinese food after learning we were great lovers of trying local foods. He even gave us some home made treats prepared by his mum! 2. Agus is a very confident and safe driver. He was always on time to pick us up and the car was always clean (we travelled around in a Toyota Rush) 3. He provided great advice and suggestions. For example, Agus recommended to visit the Kanto Lampo Waterfall instead of Tibumana as the waters would be muddy at this time of year, which saved us from any disappointment. He also helped arrange a same day private snorkling trip at the Blue Lagoon. He was always flexible, accommodating and helpful, making sure we experienced the very best of Bali. 4. Agus made our trip and exploration of Bali so much more personal and enjoyable. He has a great personality, friendly and easy to talk to whether it's about family, life in Bali during the pandemic, hobbies or interests. We would definitely book more trips with Agus the next time we are in Bali. Overall a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

We had the best time exploring Ubud and Seminyak during our honeymoon. He knew the best picture worthy locations (waterfalls, restaurants, rice fields, etc.) and was very flexible on time. I would definitely recommend.

We choose to do a 2 day tour of the most beautiful locations that resonated with us and they were very nice in tailor-making it for us! Wayan, the owner is very prompt and professional and we went for the including everything in the tour, tickets and lunch and it was great, we didn’t have anything to worry about! And then we met Agung Rai, our tour guide who went with us for 3 days and actually made our whole experience in Bali much much better, one of the highlights! He is very nice, very professional and what I loved most, he is very caring! So knowledgeable about Balinese culture and this made us know the lifestyle and traditions much better! He gave us the best recommendations, we actually felt like we were with a local friend showing us around. And may I add that he is a pro with pictures, my Instagram account looks much livelier because of him and he has given us a lot of material together :) I would definetely recommend this company and Agung Rai as your tour guide and driver, you will not find anything better!
