We had a great experience with Dika at Hire Bali Driver (HBD)! From the moment we first reached out to HBD on Whatsapp, the whole process was seamless. They responded quickly with their itinerary and cost, and were very responsive to itinerary changes. They communicated the driver's name, Dika, the day before the tour began.We arrived in Bali and Dika was promptly waiting for us to take us to our hotel the first day. He was very welcoming and helped us with our bags. He's very friendly and answered lots of questions we had about Bali and the local culture. The next day we did a full day tour of Ubud-area sights, including the Sacred Monkey Forest and the Rice Terraces. Dika came with us into every sight and explained everything about the sight, and the context in broader Bali culture. He was very patient with all of our questions, and had no problem waiting around for us when we wanted to hang around a certain sight for a bit longer.Next day was a break day for us, followed by another day of touring more sights around Ubud, then the Tanah Lot Temple and the Bali Bomb Memorial.On the last day, Dika picked us up and brought us to the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park, before taking us to the airport.Overall, we would highly recommend HBD and Dika in particular. We had an amazing time in Bali, and Dika really helped make the experience awesome. Thank you!

We went with three days with Ardana as our tour guy. We went to a few temples, swings, and rice terrace. Ardana explained a lot of history about religion and he made the topic very entertaining with different accents. He took a lot of pictures for my other half who loves to have her pictures taken. We enjoyed of having him as our tour guy, comedian, and photographer. Thank you Ardana.

The trip was amazing. The transport car was very comfortable with very friendly driver who was also a tour guide. We had a great time there.
