First I would like to thank HBD on prompt responses to my messages in Whatsapp and suggest right destinations that can be covered. During our visit HBD appointed Mr Mangku as our tour driver and guide. He was able to speak English very well which was very easy for us to communicate. He accompanied as where necessary and provided private space when required by understanding himself. He was a great companion our 6 year old kid by answering very patiently all the questions and holding his hand when crossing roads. In just few hours we were able to trust him which is very important in this service. Definitely he deserves a big applause for his service with us. Undoubtedly we would reach out to HBD for tour operation and Mangku as our driver for our next visit. Highly recommend to choose HBD.

We booked a car with a driver for 3 full days through hire Bali driver, and had very easy and quick communication with them before our arrival. Once we arrived we got Agus, who was the most amazing driver, guide and just person in general. He is incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. He quickly figured out what we wanted to experience and see, and gave us incredible recommendations and adjusted the schedule accordingly. His suggestions did not disappoint. Apart from being a great guide, we always felt safe driving with him. His English is really good, and we never had any issues communicating with him. He shared lots of interesting facts, and we had many good conversations on the history and culture of Bali. He is always in a good mood - even when we made him pick us up at 5 am.We can only recommend hire bali driver, and in particular Agus as the driver!

Absolutely no regrets about booking this 3 days tour in Bali. We had an exceptionnal driver named Desna which is also a perfect guide and photographer. We had the chance to discover many beautiful places, wonderful temples, waterfalls, rice terraces etc.. He explained us many things about balinese culture, gave good advices if needed, always smiling and ready to help. We totally recommand this 3 days tour to have a perfect overview and special shoutout again for Desna, don't hesitate to reach me should you need his number to be your personnal guide.
