We had a really nice tour. The Waterfalls where beautiful and our tour guide benik was so kind and helpful. He teached us about the balines culture and made nice photos. Also he made sure we were aways save while hiking to the Waterfalls. Best Guide in Bali!

We met up with Dewa around 8am for our waterfall tour. He greeted us warmly and told us that we would avoid the crowd by having an early start in the morning and he was right. Dewa was informative about the people, the culture and the places in Bali. We appreciated that he shared interesting information whenever relevant. We went to the first waterfalls called Tukad Cepung and Tibumana. It means deep river. When we arrived there, my husband and I forgot to bring our flip flops. Dewa knew exactly where we could buy them before starting on our hike. We descended on deep stone steps for quite a bit of distance. All of a sudden, a sparkling misty river appeared in front of our eyes. It’s as if we were transported into a secret fairytale place. We had to keep our heads at a swivel to take in the incredible panoramic view. The cascading waterfall was breathtaking. Dewa took photos and videos of us. He knew exactly the best places for us to stand and pose for our photos by the waterfall. We traversed back out to the other end of the river to a smaller waterfall for more photo opportunities. After that, we went to the second waterfall, called Tegenungan. There was a pool under the two-tier waterfall. While our friends took a dip in the water, Dewa suggested that we could climb up to the top waterfall area. Once up there, we had a bird’s eye view of the whole place. The vantage point afforded us more incredible photos. Again Dewa took photos of us which turned out great. Dewa knew the best places to help us to maximize our enjoyment of the beauties of Bali. We asked Dewa about the most popular food in Bali. He said that hands down it was a suckling pig. We went with his suggestion. He took us to an out-of-the-way restaurant with open air space, called Pande Egi. The food was delicious and the spacious rustic atmosphere added to the experience. After the meal, Dewa took us to the rice-terrace swing, Bali Swing Ubud. This was one of the most thrilling moments we had. First we took fun photos sitting on the bamboo circle chair, then we each took turns to sit on the single swing. I wore a dramatic red flowing skirt. It trailed behind me as I flew into the air over the lush beautiful green terrace fields below. The operator there took multiple photos as we swung high into the air. There was also an amazing slow-motion video that was dramatic and dream-like. We spent a wonderful day with Dewa. He planned the day well, so all we had to do was show up and enjoy all the places he took us to. He took care of everything, it was a stress-free day. We highly recommend Dewa and this tour.

We had such a great trip! Our guide Agus was amazing. Took such good care of us and was able to answer any questions we had. The waterfalls were beautiful and we were able to take the trip at our own pace. The experience was made so much better by having such a knowledgable and funny guide with us. Would definitely recommend for anyone thinking about visiting the waterfalls!
