Overview

Visit three most beautiful waterfalls near to Ubud area. You will be taken to the first waterfall called Tibumana Waterfall. In this waterfall is good for swimming as it has very blue water and fresh come from the mountain. It is located very deep inside the lush green jungle along the beautiful slopes. Walk along the path passing some stairs down and pass a wooden bridge to see a beautiful waterfall.

Next, you will drive around 45 minutes to get Tukad Cepung Waterfall. This waterfall is the most hidden waterfall in Bali. You cannot see it from any distance, except you go 10 meters from the waterfall because it is located inside the cave. To get there you need to walk along the jungle and some stairs to get the river. You will walk along the river with the high rock in between and you will see the most beautiful waterfall at the end.

The last waterfall is popular Tegenungan waterfall. You will expect more people here as it is located close to ubud center but it is still a good place to chill out and swim. But before that you will enjoy traditional local lunch with traditional ingredients. It is very tasty and unique.

The most amazing day. Totally chill and no rushing about. I saw so much wild life and Peter made my day so special! He was a wonderful guide and did a fantastic job :) Highly recommend Peter as a tour guide.

Beautiful day with an amazing guide - Benik.

Today, I had the most wonderful waterfall, rice terrace, and coffee plantation tour with Benik. Firstly, the sites are absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. There are indeed very many steps, but they were manageable even for me - and I am not very athletic.
I do recommend bringing several outfits
(1) an athletic outfit that is easy to put on and take off for your waterfall treks (2) a pretty, photogenic outfit for your rice terrace and coffee plantation tour (dresses are available as part of the tour for the swings) (3) Tibumana is a very swimmable waterfall, so I highly recommend bringing a swimsuit. Bright colored clothing (red, yellow etc.) contrast beautifully with the lush greenery in the background. (4) Definitely bring a towel and shoes you don’t mind getting wet - sandals are fine, but flip-flops may be a little tricky to walk with on the slippery rocks. As for Benik - as a first-time solo traveler, I worried about being a little lonely or not being able to immortalize this trip’s memories through photos. However, Benik took care of everything - he was attentive to my needs and safety, and took wonderful photos and videos for me. He made sure to show me every corner of the waterfall treks, even the ones that are slightly hidden away. These were the gems of the tour. Personally, I have a lot of questions about Balinese culture and how the Balinese people interact with the beautiful nature they have been blessed with in order to enhance and fulfill their lives. Benik patiently answered all my questions and more! I highly highly recommend this tour, and even more so, Benik as a guide!!

I was the only one on the trip but we still had a lovely time! I was allowed to spend as much time as i wanted at the waterfalls.
