Overview

Visit three most beautiful waterfalls near to Ubud area. You will be taken to the first waterfall called Tibumana Waterfall. In this waterfall is good for swimming as it has very blue water and fresh come from the mountain. It is located very deep inside the lush green jungle along the beautiful slopes. Walk along the path passing some stairs down and pass a wooden bridge to see a beautiful waterfall.

Next, you will drive around 45 minutes to get Tukad Cepung Waterfall. This waterfall is the most hidden waterfall in Bali. You cannot see it from any distance, except you go 10 meters from the waterfall because it is located inside the cave. To get there you need to walk along the jungle and some stairs to get the river. You will walk along the river with the high rock in between and you will see the most beautiful waterfall at the end.

The last waterfall is popular Tegenungan waterfall. You will expect more people here as it is located close to ubud center but it is still a good place to chill out and swim. But before that you will enjoy traditional local lunch with traditional ingredients. It is very tasty and unique.

The tour was 100% worth the money despite the rain!

Our guide Beenik explained us extremely much about Balinese culture and nature, which made the super beautiful waterfalls almost secondary ?

Best of Bali Waterfalls

I had a great time on the Best of Bali Waterfalls tour, mostly because of my fantastic tour guide, Dewas. I was a bit nervous about doing a private tour as a solo traveller, but Dewas' made me feel comfortable from the start. We visited three waterfalls on the tour. Before the tour, I asked if I could substitute Tegenungen another waterfall, Kanto Lampo, and they were happy to accommodate my request. In fact, Dewas let me tailor the day to make sure I got the most out of the tour. The waterfalls were spectacular, especially Tukad Cepung which is jaw-dropping. Dewas is an excellent photographer and took some really good shots of me at each place we visited. In addition to the waterfalls, we visited the Satria coffee plantation where I sampled the famous Luwak coffee, as well as a selection of other flavoured coffees. This was a highlight of the trip. We finished off the day with a trip to a wood carving gallery which was another added bonus. This was a brilliant tour and I would recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. The itinerary is flexible and can be tailored to suit you. Thanks again to my amazing tour guide. I feel like I made a good friend in Dewas, and we even connected on social media after the tour to keep in touch! 10/10
