Overview

Visit three most beautiful waterfalls near to Ubud area. You will be taken to the first waterfall called Tibumana Waterfall. In this waterfall is good for swimming as it has very blue water and fresh come from the mountain. It is located very deep inside the lush green jungle along the beautiful slopes. Walk along the path passing some stairs down and pass a wooden bridge to see a beautiful waterfall.

Next, you will drive around 45 minutes to get Tukad Cepung Waterfall. This waterfall is the most hidden waterfall in Bali. You cannot see it from any distance, except you go 10 meters from the waterfall because it is located inside the cave. To get there you need to walk along the jungle and some stairs to get the river. You will walk along the river with the high rock in between and you will see the most beautiful waterfall at the end.

The last waterfall is popular Tegenungan waterfall. You will expect more people here as it is located close to ubud center but it is still a good place to chill out and swim. But before that you will enjoy traditional local lunch with traditional ingredients. It is very tasty and unique.

Super journée à Ubud

C’était top, nous recommandons. Au programme cascades, balançoire dans la jungle, super bon resto traditionnelles (et nous sommes compliqués pourtant) et enfin les terrasses de riz. Une superbe journée !

Great waterfalls tour

We had a great tour with Katun he was helpful, timely and knowledgeable. The waterfalls were beautiful but be aware there are a lot of steps. Thank you!

Proper Bali day

We had booked the 3 main waterfalls with the add-ons of the rice terraces and swing. Our guide Kris picked us up from our hotel even though it wasn't on their list of pick up hotels. He was very happy to chat and answer any questions we had about the day and the country/culture in general. The first waterfall, Tukad Cepung, was hidden away along a river, down a lot of steep stairs and then through a few rock walls. It really was amazing, particularly with the spray from the waterfall and the sun shining through. Kris led us to all of the best spots, took pictures of my wife and I and even swapped shoes with me so I could walk through the water! My wife suffers with back issues and he noticed that she struggled to get back up all of the steep stairs. Whilst being very patient and attentive, he let us know that the Tibumana waterfall would be very similar in getting to it so gave us the option of visiting a coffee plantation as an alternative, something that wasn't on the original itinerary, which we gratefully took him up on. We weren't disappointed! After then visiting the Teganunan waterfall (bit easier to get to) and a Bali swing over incredible views, we felt we had experienced a must see part of Bali. All the while, Kris was attentive and generous throughout, ensuring we had all the pictures we wanted and maximum value for money. Thanks again Kris!
