Our tour guide Ma-de was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable, kind and happy to take us around Ubud. We started early, picking us up from our accomodation and travelling to Tegenungan Waterfall, an amazing photographer, took all the “Instagram” shots. We swam for a bit and then walked back up to the car. Next was wood carving in Kemenuh, we walked around freely looking at the carvings and sculptures. After which we headed to the Elephant Cave, where Ma-de told us so many facts and cultural insights into Balinese culture, most we learnt in this one day! Sacred Monkey Forest next, Ma-de walked us around the park and told us all about the Monkeys, he also guided us around the art gallery inside the forest and told us all about the artists. Our favourite next was the Tegallalang Rice fields, absolutely incredible! Finally was Ubud Palace and Art Market, Ma-de waited patiently for us whilst we walked around and took in the sights! This tour was absolutely amazing and that is thanks to Ma-de, he worked so hard and went the extra mile with bottled water and lunch at the Jungle Swing! Thank you so much Ma-de!

The day with Bagus was amazing! He is a handsome guy who treated us (couple) and our baby with respect and humble. We saw all the important spots in Ubud in just one tour/day. I would definitely recommend Bagus as a private driver/tour guide.

Yogi is a great driver, but also a fantastic guide who made our private tour to Ubud unforgetable. The highlights were kings house, monkey forest and rice fields. We really recommend to make this private tour!
