I booked reading the reviews and was hopeful we'd have a good time. The day exceeded our expectations. Ma-de was both our guide and driver and he was phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to give us the history of all the sites visited. While we chose not to go to the market, he offered us the opportunity to go to the coffee plantation and a wood carving place where I was able to buy all my quality souvenirs. I would definitely recommend this tour to any and everyone. A great way to fit a lot of things in a short amount of time.

This trip was booked for me and my wife. Initially we were thinking that it would be kind of an exhausting day. We also didn’t want to do everything on the list but figured a private tour would give us much less wait time for the activities that we didn’t want to do. The day started off with Ma-de arriving at our resort right on time for departure. He greeted us and covered the itinerary. He gave us the perfect suggestion for the order so that would could make the most of the experience and not spend the day in traffic. We didn’t want to swim in it so we started with the waterfall. The crowd was almost non existent, he was the perfect photographer. He then asked us if before we went to the monkey sanctuary if we had any interest in wood working, we did so he took us to the most amazing shop where you could watch the skilled craftsman work. The quality was amazing and we made several purchases there. Then we went to the monkey sanctuary, each stop Ma-de gave us very detailed and enthusiastic descriptions and stories of the history where we were. He again made sure each location we captured photos. After lunch he asked us if we had any interest in coffee and tea, we did so he took us to a small local coffee orchard is what I’d call it. They had all the fruit and things to make tea and cocoa as well. Loved the teas and coffee we tried so made more purchases. We eventually made our way to the temple and he gave us a very informative tour and captured more moments. The best reason we will come back and book again with the same company is that the private tour really allows you to make the trip what you want. Ma-de went above and beyond to make the experience what we wanted. He exceeded our expectations, and we still finished in 8 hours. You will have no worries with this company. We didn’t wait in any lines, just watched him speed through and return with tickets each time. Have a private tour guide and save time and money. I shared a few of the photos, but we have way more. Our trip today was fantastic - our driver Krisda was wonderful. We learned a lot about Bali and his English was excellent. He was very courteous and accommodating and made the whole day perfect. The trip to the coffee plantation was awesome and our guide was just lovely. Krisda shared our love of good coffee and we had a good conversation about that. We would highly recommend this trip and if possible ask for Krisda to be your driver 💕
