My daughter and I booked whitewater rafting and rice terrace/swing. Our driver for the day Lewer was waiting for us as we came from our villa to get us started for the day. Smiling he confirmed who we were and opened the door for my daughter which I thought was very nice. He took us through our day and was happy to converse, providing us with lots of information for any questions I had. The activities for the day were all as expected. Everyone we came in contact was pleasant. Our rafting guide was great also. Unfortunately I cannot recall his name. I had heard that the lunch after was worth skipping but we enjoyed it. Simple buffet style. The rice terrace was beautiful and our driver Lewer provided some interesting the Bali culture and how rice farming fit into it. The swing was fun. A great day now time for a nap ????.

Marco was great, couldn’t do enough for us. Came and picked us up and took us around, sorted tickets. We didn’t have to queue anywhere. Great English, chatted the whole way and provided recommendations and local insights. Provided drinks and cold towels for us aswell. 10/10, highly recommend.

If I could use one word to summarize this experience I would say “.Fantastic” but that does not do it justice. It was Fantastic, excellent, Superb. Our guide Berata was timely, knowledgeable, funny and a wealth of information on Bali and it culture. He skillfully and safely drove us to the sights and experiences. If one knows how interesting Bali driving is, one would understand when I say “motorcycles everywhere “. The rafting was good fun. We felt safe at all times. The rafting company cut no corners with respect to our safely and personal requirements. The monkey forest and waterfall were equallly amazing. Berata even gave us a little side visit to a coffee plantation where we sampled over 10 different coffees and teas. Including the famous Civet Poo coffee. It was a long day yet Berata gave us a day full of memories. Terima kasih
