We have joined the Ubud day tour on 1 Dec 2022 and our tour guide + driver ‘AGUS’ is a polite, humble and responsible person. In our experience, he text us for confirmation on the day before and he is really on time on the day. When we first met him, we think that he is really friendly and well-prepared as he brief us for the whole day journey and the reminder in each attraction spot. For example, it is better not to bring a bag to the monkey forest. Also, we think Agus English is good as he explain Bali’s habit, food and answer every question we asked. Furthermore, we like Agus driving skills as it is smooth and stable. We had a great day with Agus, he took like hundreds photos for us and the photos are perfect as he is a professional photographer. Agus is a thoughtful and well-organized person because I said that I want to go to the Pura Luhur Tanah Lot but it is not on my schedule. Therefore, he helped me to arrange another half day tour before I change to the Mari Safari hotel. On the last day of my tour, he arranged a ride for us to the airport as he is worried for us if we can catch our flight on time which is very sweet act for us. Thank you for the arrangement of ‘get your guide’ too.

Our tour guide, Kadek, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the area, customs and traditions. The half day tour was a great starting point for us and was full of Indonesian culture.
