Giok was an amazing local tour guide. He went out of his way to give us an authentic Balinese experience. He was extremely flexible and really catered to our family’s interests. The hospitality was unparalleled and his knowledge of the area really meant that we got to make the most out of our day. He was very honest and told us when it would be necessary to bargain and what is truly Balinese and what was not. He knew the roads well and no time was wasted. He was very helpful with my mother who has a mobility impairment. Overall it was a great experience. We tried local fruits and saw additional things that weren’t initially included in the tour. It’s apparent that bali is still grappling with the after effects of covid so this is a great way to have an authentic experience while supporting the local tourism industry to boost the economy.

Bali for me meant wonderful days spent visiting sacred places, lush vegetation, beautiful beaches, guided by Komang, our always smiling, calm, relaxed guide who provided us with a lot of useful information. Thank you!
