Easy and worth every penny.

This company was very easy to work with. We made contact before coming to beautiful Bali, sent a list of places and experiences we wanted and over how many days and they put an itinerary together with us. They were very open to a couple of revisions and we were set for a great holiday experience. We met Yande when we arrived at the airport and he drove us to our hotel. He arrange the time of our collection the next day and stuck with us for the six days we had planned with the company over our two week stay in Bali. Each day he greeted us with a smile and engaged in planning and explaining the order of the day. He ensured we had a great day, helping where ever needed. He also took pictures! At each stop he would explain a little about the place and between stops he would share a little about his life and the culture in Bali, willingly answering any questions we had. Yande was great.

Brilliant tour of Ubud

We had a brilliant day with a fantastic tour guide, Risma. Risma spoke fluent English and had extensive knowledge, managing to answer all questions we asked. He took us to some great spots and we never felt any time pressure at all, even stopping to go to a coffee shop when we requested and taking so many photos at the swing park, Aloha. We finished off with a fabulous late lunch at d’Alas Warung, chosen by our guide. The views from lunch were incredible and the restaurant even had a beautiful infinity pool. All in all a great day, 100% worth the money. We would definitely recommend the customised tour and Risma to anybody visiting Ubud.

Awesome day with our driver Rus at locations we got to choose!

This is advertised as a tour for cruise ship passengers, but I was able to book it anyway and arrange pick up at our Ubud homestay. Prior to the trip, Wayan and I had a good discussion about the various places that I was looking to see on the tour and we were able to work out a good customized tour easily. Rus picked us up nice and early and we had a great day going to the Elephant Cave, up to Bedugul to see the beautiful Ulun Danu Beratan temple, over to the Jatuwileh Rice Terraces, and then finally Pura Luhur Batukaru temple. A tropical rainstorm came in towards the end of our Jatuwileh trek, but Rus was prepared with umbrellas for the two of us and himself. He was patient, accommodating, and made the trip fun. Terima kasih Rus!
