We spent a full day from the cruise ship port to a Batik Factory, Pura Puseh Desa Temple, a great coffee and tea tasting, Monkey Forest in Ubud, lunch in Tegallung Rice Terrace with stunning views. Our driver Kantun was the perfect guide. Five stars plus one. Thank you Kantun!!!

Hire Bali Driver gave my family and I a wonderful and memorable experience in the following areas: (1) Service: before, during and after (2) Flexibility (3) FriendlinessAs we were selective in what we wanted to do and see, it was very easy to communicate with Wayan and he arranged the itinerary accordingly. He answered my queries promptly and offered some suggestions. These were all done through email. Once, we confirmed the itinerary, Rani communicated with me through WhatsApps. She too was very prompt in answering my queries and agreed to my request - to have the same driver for 2 and half days of our tour in Bali. Prior to our arrival, Merta, our guide and driver introduced himself. This process gave us the assurance that we would be taken care throughout our tour.Merta is friendly and jovial. He shared with us the Balinese culture and the significances of the places that we visited and also took the initiative to get to know our culture. He is a careful driver and knows his way around. Although we changed and skipped some activities, he is flexible and accommodating. He even offered suggestions. We wanted to eat local food and buy local cake - Lapis Legit, and he agreed to our request.Upon returning to our country, I realized that I have lost the thumb drive that contained our ATV activity. He helped to arrange the photos to be sent to me. Thank You Wayan, Rani and Merta for giving us a wonderful holiday in Bali.
