The organization was perfect. Very communicative and precise. The whole experience was amazing !For the transportation : Sakha, our driver, came for the pickup at the right time and we basically spent the whole trip with him. We had nothing to do. On the road, we discussed about culture , Bali and life. It was such a human and real exchange. If you want to book your own tour, I can only recommend you ask for SAKHA as a driver, he's really the best. Open-minded, very good english and super helpful.For the hiking : Asmara, our guide, was so good at his job. He was helpful, understanding and so nice overall. We loved learning about Batur and Bali's history during the trek. The hiking was not easy but not that difficult. As soon as you don't rush, it's perfect. Ask for ASMARA if you want good expertise while having a delicate experience. Even if the sky was cloudy this day, the experience overall is a must do during your trip in Bali !For the hot spring and plantation : this was perfect after such an effort. We can recommend for sure having the whole tour.Overall, it's an experience we will never forget. It's the best gift we made to ourselves for our honeymoon. These memories will be engraved forever. Amazing experience, highly recommend! Our driver Surya was so friendly and informative. He was able to answer any questions. Our guide took lots of nice pictures for us. We got very lucky with a beautiful sunrise, and the hot springs were a welcome treat on the tired legs!

Brilliant sunrise hike, driver Surya was excellent and had great English and insights on the culture of ubud . Our guide up Mount Batur had a spot for us to get a great view of the beautiful sunrise, followed by a dip in the hot springs. An excellent day would highly recommend
