The tour was good and I would recommend. The driver Rusman was on time was very nice as he told us all about Bali culture. The tour was smooth from being picked up to being dropped off at the hotel. The walking guide met us at the bottom and again was very friendly and took some great photos! I would recommend wearing warmish clothing as we had to wait at the top for a few hours due to walking fast so it became cold.

My favorite part of the experience was the driver Sunarta and the guide Kan! They were so helpful and kind and went out of their way to give me the best experience. The sunrise was breathtaking and the hot springs a perfect ending. Highly recommend.

One incredible day from Hire Bali Driver that my girlfriend and I will not forget. The day started early when our tour guide, Wayan, picked us up from our place in Ubud at 2:30am. We drove to Mount Batur where our mountain guide Asmara took us up the mountain in the dark (with torches). We were provided with a lovely breakfast and witnessed the sunrise accompanied by monkeys and dogs.Once we were ready, we trekked down the mountain. Our mountain guide Asmara was brilliant. His English was fantastic and he was very patient.Once we were finished, Wayan took us to some hot springs, which were much needed after the walk. The water was amazing and the views of the lake were stunning.We then finished our tour at a coffee plantation where we tried several teas and coffees along with the famous Lewak coffee. Both Wayan and the owner explained the different plants that they grow and the process in making the coffee.After that Wayan took us home. We have been in Bali for a month now and this is one of the most amazing days we have had. Wayan was brilliant. He was punctual, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was provided by the company and the communication was fantastic as well. I would highly recommend to use this company.
