The pick up service is good and Jun the driver was super friendly. We told him we didn’t prepare the water proof phone bag for photo shooting under the water, then he asked his friends to help and we got it. Thanks! The snorkelling place is beautiful and there are quite many fishes in the first place. But I didn’t see any fish in the second place. Also water kept coming in the mouth piece of the snorkelling mask, I needed to stay near the boat when I can’t breath... But the staff was very friendly. He helped us to change for a better snorkelling mask and taught us how to get rid of the water from the mouthpiece.:))

This is the first time that me and my friend try snorkelling. On the day that we go snorkelling, we just remembered we didn’t have the water proof phone bag, our driver Juan was so kind and helpful, he reminded us to bring our towels and helped us with buying the phone case; He also accommodate to our needs well, even after we arrived, when we were leaving blue lagoon beach and also when we were in his car, he asked if the music suits our taste. They provided lifesaving jackets for those with little swimming experience, as well as bread to feed and attract more fish. Although it was a bit difficult for us to snorkel at first, our instructor was very helpful and patient with us, he keeps helping us take a lot of photos and videos and serves us really well whenever we have problems with the masks. The two locations were both very good, the water was crispy clear and very blue, I was in awe of the scenery. At the first location, there was a lot of fish, so make sure you take a lot of photos here! At the second location, there wasn’t as many fish but the water was still very clear and nice.

Our driver/guide Putra, is an excellent guide and driver. He was very thoughtful and diligent throughout the entire activity. Picked up at our hotel and waited for us even more than the expected time. The activity was astonishing and incredible. We got to see two turtles, nemo fishes and even a stingray. Highly recommended
