Our Ubud tour was nothing short of magical, and it was made even better thanks to our amazing driver and guide, Marco! From start to finish, Marco kept us entertained with his infectious laughter, fun stories, and deep local knowledge. He made us feel more like friends than tourists. We started our day at a local coffee plantation, where we were treated to a tasting of Bali’s best coffee and a variety of herbal teas. The peaceful surroundings and friendly hosts made this a serene and flavorful start to the day. Next up: the jungle swing! This was an absolute highlight — soaring high above the palm trees with breathtaking views of the lush landscape. It was both exhilarating and surprisingly peaceful. Perfect for a little adrenaline and some incredible photos. We had an amazing lunch at d’Alas Warung, a hidden gem with a jaw-dropping view of the rice terraces. The food was incredible — fresh, flavorful, and truly authentic Balinese cuisine. After lunch, we explored the stunning rice terraces. The beauty of the layered green fields is something you have to see to believe. We also visited a temple with its own unique charm and spiritual atmosphere. Marco made sure we understood the cultural significance of everything we saw, which made the experience so much more meaningful. To top it all off, we ended the day with a visit to two of Ubud’s breathtaking waterfalls. The cool mist, the lush jungle surroundings, and the thunder of water cascading into the pool below made for the perfect finale to an unforgettable day. If you're planning a trip to Bali, this Ubud tour is a must. And if you’re lucky enough to get Marco as your driver, you're in for a day filled with laughter, beauty, and authentic experiences you’ll never forget.
