Loved the three waterfalls tour with Desna as he was the best tour guide we had in Bali ever! We booked a spot the night before for 7:30 am the next day and were able to get confirmation from the company about hotel pick up. We were slightly late(our fault) after breakfast but Desna was graciously waiting for us and welcomed us with his warm personality and fun facts about Bali and his heritage and practices while on the drive to the first Tibumana waterfall. We loved the peace and serenity as we were first there. The walk was great. The second one was Tukad Ceppung which was our favorite as you could go into the water and take beautiful pictures. We then finished with the last and most popular waterfall on the list and stopped over for lunch which was part of the package. Desna was also super helpful in taking photos for us, gave us time alone to enjoy the waterfalls, and was super informative and helpful about Ubud, and Balinese people and also helped us get some phone chargers from local shops when required. His patience professionalism and photo-taking skills helped make our trip fun and easygoing with great memories.

型通りのツアーだけでなく私たちに合わせてスケジュールを考えてくれました。ドライバーのYande(ヤンデ)はとても気配りができる人で話しやすく楽しめる事を第一にスケジュールを組み立ててくれました。神聖な沐浴をする有名なお寺も加えてくれました。車には腰に巻く素敵な衣装とベルトのリボンも用意していて綺麗に着せてくれました。もちろん写真もいっぱい撮ってくれたのでいい思い出が残せました。私たちの勝手でランチがずいぶん遅くしてしまってごめんなさい。最後にライステラスにも連れて行ってくれて、ほんとうに素晴らしい１日を過ごすことができました。色々とお世話になりありがとうございました。オプショナルツアーのタイトルにこだわらずにオリジナルの過ごし方ができたのでみなさんにもお勧めします！

the waterfalls were gorgeous! bagus took us all day for 8 hours and treated us so well while providing helpful info about bali. would recommend!
